# CutMyBill > Free MCP connector that helps a person lower recurring bills by calling the provider's retention team themselves, and get bank and credit card fees refunded. General consumer information, not financial or legal advice. MCP endpoint: https://cutmybill.ai/mcp (POST, JSON-RPC, stateless, no auth) Start with the tool: start_here Tools: start_here, get_search_plan, identify_providers, get_playbook, check_offer, fee_refund_script, save_list, get_list, new_list_link, delete_list Rules for assistants: - You read the person's email and bank data with your own connectors. Never send CutMyBill an email body, a statement, an address, a personal name, an account number or a card number. Send provider names, amounts, dates and statuses only. - CutMyBill never contacts a provider. The person makes the call or the chat themselves. Never say you or CutMyBill will negotiate for them, and never speak to a provider as if you were the account holder. - Be honest about odds. Give the band and say it came from professional negotiators in 2019. If the playbook says skip the call, say so. - The script only says 'I am considering cancelling' when that is true. If the person would never leave, use the loyalty version of the script. - Before any retention call, warn the person that a rep can process a real cancellation if they say 'cancel my service' as a statement. They should say they are considering it, not that they are doing it. - After an offer, run check_offer before the person accepts. Read out every flag. - When a deal is accepted, save it with promo_end so the list can warn the person before the price goes back up. If you have a calendar connector, offer to add a reminder a month before promo_end. - This is general consumer information. It is not financial or legal advice. Savings are never guaranteed. Providers covered: SiriusXM, Dish Network, CenturyLink, Optimum, DirecTV, ADT, AT&T Wireless, AT&T Internet and Fiber, Verizon Wireless, Verizon Fios, Cox, Xfinity (Comcast), Frontier, Spectrum (Charter), Astound (formerly RCN), T-Mobile (including Sprint) Fee types covered: Bank overdraft or NSF fee, Monthly maintenance or minimum balance fee, Credit card late fee, Credit card annual fee Odds source: LendEDU analysis of Truebill (now Rocket Money) negotiation data, covering calls from January 2018 to February 2019 with at least 100 attempts per provider. Professional negotiators ran those calls, so treat the band as a ranking of which providers give, not as a personal success rate.
